What exactly am I buying on vistratvs.com?
Vistra TV is internet television. After you pay, we email a login so a player on your TV, Firestick, phone, or computer can load a live guide plus films.
How long until a picture appears?
Most people finish checkout, install the named player, and see the guide the same day. Nobody visits the house, and we do not ship a new box.
What actually sits in the player?
A large live list (news, entertainment, country folders), sports when those events are in the current catalog, and on-demand films and series. Titles rotate, so a 24-hour trial is the honest check for a must-have station.
Can I try it before I pay?

Will it run on the television I already have?
Fire TV Stick, Android or Google TV, Apple TV, many Samsung and LG sets, phones, tablets, Windows or Mac, and MAG-style boxes. The exact model still has to accept the player we name.
Why does the picture sometimes look soft?
HD and 4K only appear when the title is offered that way and your device plus internet can hold it. Guest Wi-Fi and phone hotspots usually look worse than the plan you bought.
Why pick 12 months instead of 1?
One month is a first week on a new stick. Three or six months fit a season. Twelve months is $60 instead of $100—about $5 a month.
What do I install after checkout?
